Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact support@artofbrs.com or +1 302-377-7055 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided production has not started. After 24 hours, or once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled for a refund. This does not affect our policy for confirmed damaged, misprinted or incorrect items.

We provide a preview within 48 hours of your order. Production begins after you approve the preview. Two revisions are included at no extra charge. Once the artwork is complete, we send a photo of the finished piece for your approval before shipping.

Free Standard Shipping Worldwide. Standard shipping is included in every product's listed price, with no minimum purchase. Express shipping is not included.

We ship with trusted tracked carriers. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Canvas prints (Art Print) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the condition you received them. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Hand-painted original paintings, hand-drawn portraits and personalized photo prints are made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please contact support@artofbrs.com before sending anything back and see our Refund Policy for the full terms.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact support@artofbrs.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we've reviewed your photos and confirmed the issue, you can choose a free replacement (we cover the shipping) or a full refund. We'll let you know if we need the item returned.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties.
