We offer free worldwide shipping on orders placed through Artofbrs. Any optional expedited service or destination-specific charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Art prints are typically prepared to ship within 5–7 business days. Custom portraits and personalized commissions require 1–3 weeks, which includes photo review, revisions, and final approval, before shipping. If you work on a deadline, please contact us before purchasing to confirm timing.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or remote destinations. Tracking is provided when available.

Damage, loss, and support

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if it is damaged, lost, or incorrect. Keep the packaging and provide photographs when possible so we can assist with the carrier claim.
