Return eligibility depends on the product type.
Canvas prints (Art Print) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the condition you received them. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Hand-painted original paintings, hand-drawn portraits and personalized photo prints are made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact support@artofbrs.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we've reviewed your photos and confirmed the issue, you can choose a free replacement (we cover the shipping) or a full refund. We'll let you know if we need the item returned.
Please contact us before sending an item back. See our Refund Policy for the full return terms, including the applicable European Union cooling-off period.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided production has not started. After 24 hours, or once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled for a refund. This does not affect our policy for confirmed damaged, misprinted or incorrect items.
